Deadline of confirmation is on NOVEMBER 17.
Note:
- The Chapter is limiting attendance to the first 80 people to confirm “very sure” by sending an SMS Message to the above mobile number or by replying to this email.
- As previous, if you are 100% sure of attending please text or email “very sure”with your confirmation together with your full name and PRC Number.
- We are counting only the “very sure” confirmations toward the food and venue size.
- Non-attendance of “very sure” confirmations shall be charged the full cost of food and venue.
Registration Fee:
P150 for all confirmed members
P1000 for unconfirmed attendees and non-members
Other Matters:
New Member Induction. The Chapter is holding simultaneous to the Anniversary induction of new members. If you would like to be inducted during this affair, please include “inductee” in your confirmation. Make sure also that you have accomplished all the requirements for membership of UAP. Please check our website (uapmakati.wordpress.com) for procedures.
