Note: 

 

• This is the 1st CPE Seminar of the year. The Chapter has removed the ceiling for the number of very sure confirmations to allow members to meet their CPE point requirements. 
• Instead the Chapter is limiting food served to the first 80 pax attendees to arrive at the venue. 
• As previous, if you are 100% sure of attending please text (to 09185622501) or email (to uapmakati2012@gmail.com) ”very sure” with your confirmation together with your full name and PRC Number. 
• We are counting only the “very sure” confirmations. Non-attendance of “very sure” confirmations shall be charged an amount accordingly.  

 

 

Registration Fee:

P150 for all confirmed members

P1000 for unconfirmed attendees and non-members
