Applying for UAP Membership? Follow the steps below:

Step 1. Meet Minimum Requirements – You must be a registered and licensed Architect. Your name must appear in the Registry of PRC

Step 2. Download and Fillup the UAP IAPOA Membership Registration Form

  • fill out forms legibly, with an original signature in black ink
  • all spaces must be filled in; for “not applicable” indicate N/A
  • attach a current photo (size indicated in form) and a photocopy of your PRC Identification Card

Step 3. Submit the filled out form and attachments to the UAP Makati Chapter (at the Registration of every Chapter GMM)

Step 4. Pay Fees to UAP Makati Chapter Treasurer (at Registration of every Chapter GMM)

  • Annual Membership Fee and other required fees/charges by UAP National (P700 for New Members)
  • UAP Makati Chapter Annual Dues (P600)

Step 5. Claim your UAP IAPOA Membership Certificate from UAP Makati Chapter and include yourself in a scheduled Induction of New Chapter Members

Already a UAP Member and would like to transfer to the Makati Chapter?

Step 1. Meet Minimum Requirements

Step 2. Download and Fillup the UAP IAPOA Membership Transfer Form.

  • fill out forms legibly, with an original signature in black ink
  • all spaces must be filled in; for “not applicable” indicate N/A
  • attach a current photo (size indicated in form), a photocopy of your PRC Identification Card, and a completely filled up UAP IAPOA Membership Form

Step 3. Obtain a Billing Statement from UAP National Administration Office

Step 4. Submit the accomplished Transfer Form,  required attachments and the Billing Statement to your original Chapter for approval of transfer by the Chapter President

Step 5. Submit the Transfer Form signed by the originating chapter president (plus abovementioned requirements and billing statement)  to UAP Makati Chapter

Step 6. Pay current fees to UAP Makati Chapter

  •   Annual Membership Fee and other required fees/charges by UAP National (P600)
  •   UAP Makati Chapter Annual Dues (P600)

Step 7.  Claim your UAP IAPOA Membership Certificate from UAP Makati Chapter and include yourself in a scheduled Induction of New Chapter Members
