A. National Annual Membership Dues

• Amount:  P600
• Start of Payment: July 1
• Last Day without Penalty:  September 30
• Penalty after September 30: 50% or P300
• Prerequisite: Payment of Chapter Annual Dues
• Needed in: Release of the UAP IAPOA Certificate necessary in Renewing PRC License
• Modes of Payment:
  • DURING GMM: Both National and Chapter Dues directly to the Chapter Treasurer. Certificate available next GMM.
  • VIA BANK DEPOSIT: 
    • National Dues to UAP National Bank Account and Chapter Dues to Chapter Bank Account. Certificate will be available from UAP National after instruction by Chapter President or Chapter Treasurer for its release.

B. Chapter Annual Membership Fee

• Amount: P600
• Start of Payment: July 1
• Last Day without Penalty:  September 30
• Penalty after September 30: 50% or P300

C. Other Fees

• Initial Membership Fee with National: P100
• Reprinting of UAP IAPOA Certificate with National: P100

D. Arrears/Back Dues

• Back Dues with the Chapter: contact the Chapter Treasurer
• Back Dues with National: contact UAP National Admin
